I created a form for a webinar, and I am trying to do the integration with Zoom. I have done this many times before. But every time I click through the steps it won't let me save the integration --- the green "save" button is not active, it's a light shade of green and when I try to click on it nothing happens. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've pasted a screen shot below, and provided the URL for the form I'm working on.

Hi Dan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the screenshot, and can see that you still haven't completed setting up your Zoom Integration. Ensure that you have completed all required fields in the 'Make Field' section. The Save button will remain inactive if any required information is missing. Check out my screenshot below:
As you can see, the Save button is active because the Make Fields section is complete, and the required field has been mapped.
You might also want to check out this guide, How to Integrate Jotform with Zoom for more details.
If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Within that webinar, I am not seeing the same Match Form Fields you're showing in that screen shot. All I am seeing is the first name, last name, email, and zip code. And when I go to the drop-down menu to select the zip code, it is not an option. But I am not seeing Match Form options for start time, end time, etc. I've attached another screen shot.
Did you actually follow the link I gave you and look at that actual form? Because it's different from what you are showing in your screen shot.

Hi Dan,
I've checked out your form September 18 (Virtual): Trial Courts in Ohio and Public Safety in Hamilton County, OH, 7:00-8:30 PM and integration part that you shared in your screenshot was not there. The reason is since you've not completed the integration, it won't be available to view. Let me share the screenshot below:
To resolve an issue; you'll need to add the Appointment element on your form. This allows you to match the field between Zoom and Jotform. Let me show you how to add an Appointment element on your form:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Add elements from the left side of the panel.
- Choose Appointment element. Drag and drop it on your form. That's it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
