I checked your account and I wasn't able to see the form titled Buyer/Renter Application w/Background Information form. The closest one is the No Payment Rental Application w/Background Information form. If this is what you're looking for, you can see this in your Workspace. You can use the Type filter on the upper part to only select forms and you should be able to see it. Here's how to do that:

1. In My Workspace, click on Type in the upper part of the screen.
2. In the dropdown menu, unselect all and only select Forms, and that's it.

If that's not the form you're looking for, do you perhaps have a copy of its Form URL? You can share that with us so we can locate it for you.
