Hi, I've accidentally deleted all my submissions and they're not in my trash. Please can you see if you can restore them for me? Thanks

I understand that you have deleted Form Submissions but you are unable to recover them from the Trashed Entries. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I have inspected your account and I see two forms. One shows 6 submission, and the other shows 0. Based on the issue you have described, I will assume that the form with 0 submissions is the form in question. I have investigated the Submissions for that form and I see no trashed submissions either.

Can you confirm that, https://www.jotform.com/form/210855336045049, is the correct form?

I have also reached out to my EU colleagues to provide more information about your account, since your data is stored in with GDPR Compliance.

Thanks for getting back to me and yes I can confirm it’s the below form in which my submissions have been deleted, the should have been 8 forms.

By the way, this form doesn't have submissions in it when I checked: Transform with jordfaye_fit

While this one has 8 submissions: Client Check in Form - so maybe this is the form you're referring to and you've just opened the wrong form?

The two forms are a bit identical so there could be some confusion.

I deleted the submissions out of the transform with jordfayefit I am not getting confused.

Unfortunately, we can no longer restore a permanently deleted submissions as mentioned on this warning when you try to delete:

But you can try reverting to the previous version of the Table and see if the data will be restored. Here's an example:
