I do not need Enterprise, but am so very frustrated that instead of fixing my issue regarding changing my email address and listing, you have 24/7 support - you are Johnny on the spot to upsell.

To clarify, do you currently have an Enterprise account? If so, we have a dedicated Enterprise Support Team to help you. We have a guide that explains How to Contact Enterprise Support Team. Create a ticket there and someone from the Enterprise Support Team will get in touch with you shortly.
