When the agent is asked to transfer the chat to a human, we receive a notification on your app. But how does a person take over the chat or connect with the customer? I don;t see how that is done in the portal or app.

When the AI Agent is asked to transfer the chat to a human, you receive a notification on your app. However, the actual process of a human agent taking over the chat or connecting with the customer is not directly handled within the AI Agent portal or app interface itself. Instead, the notification serves as an alert for your team to manually engage with the customer through your designated customer support channels or tools. You can take over the chat using the Jotform AI Agent Mobile App. Let me show you how:
- In your AI Agent Mobile App, tap on an ongoing conversation in the Conversations list.
- Next, tap on the Take Over button and that's it.
