I would like to create a form that gets sent daily to our company personal trainer so that he can check in employees that show up to the gym classes, what is the best way to get this done?

    Once done,

I would like it to update a salesforce object. I think I have an idea how to get that done, but I'm happy to hear any suggestion you may have.

    Thank you :)

    Hi Noah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

To create a daily check-in form sent by text or email, you can use Jotform's Reminder Emails feature to schedule daily email reminders to your personal trainer with the form link. Then, integrate your form with Salesforce to update the relevant Salesforce object automatically when the form is submitted.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Create your check-in form in Jotform with the necessary fields for employee attendance.
    2. Set up a Reminder Email under the Publish tab to send daily email reminders with the form link to your trainer.
    3. Integrate your form with Salesforce via the Settings > Integrations tab, authenticate your Salesforce account, and map form fields to the Salesforce object you want to update.

This setup will automate sending the form daily and updating Salesforce with the submissions.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Noah,

As mentioned above, you can use our Reminder Emails feature to create a daily check-in form that is sent via email, as this allows you to schedule daily email reminders containing the form link. It's very easy to Set Up Reminder Emails in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
    3. Edit the content of your Reminder Email.

    1. While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
    2. Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.
    3. Click the Downward Arrow icon in the Send Time section to change the time it will be sent.
    4. In the Start Date section, click the Calendar icon to set the starting date. You can also set an end date to stop sending reminder emails on a specific day in the End Date section, and click on Save.
