Jotform Sign: Need Help Getting Two Signatures

    Hello, we need to send agreements out and have first person sign and have document sent to second person for signature with then copy of signed docuemnt get emailed to both parties. even tried with my docusign account and my account would not be acceoted on your platform

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to get a signature from two different persons. You can set the signing order for your Jotform Sign Document, this feature allows you to assign signers, and it will only send to another signer if the first signer sign the document. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and then click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Then, toggle on the Signing Order feature.
    3. Click and hold the Six Dots icon, then drag them in the order you want.
    4. Now, click on Send to Sign, and you're done.

    1. In Sign Builder, select the element and click on the Signator icon.
    2. In the window that opens, click on the Pencil icon to enter the name of the person you want to assign, or click on the Trash Can icon to delete the role.
