How to delete my Jotform account?

Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that you are trying to delete your Jotform account. Are you not getting the authentication code in your email? I checked your mail logs, but we have sent it multiple times. Can you check your Spam or Junk folder?

You can contact your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host and add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact list.
