Forms are missing in account

    My forms are missing from my account. Please let me know how to re-add.

    To recover your missing forms, please check your My Forms page in your account. Also, look in the Archive and Trash folders on the lower left side of the My Forms page. If your forms were deleted, you can restore them from the Trash folder by selecting the form and clicking Restore.

    I checked your account and saw that the form is there based on the form URL you shared with us. Can you confirm if you're still having trouble finding it? Can you share with us a screenshot so we can see what's happening on your end? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Hi Deanne,

    I'm very confused, but everything just populated when I went to take a screenshot. Since this has resolved, I'll just describe what was happening and we can go ahead and close this ticket.

    I logged in two days ago, and it prompted me to build my first form. I had no access to any active forms or the archive/trash folders. I figured there may be a glitch, so I'd try again later.

    Then, this morning when I logged in, it again prompted me to build my first form. No active forms were present on my dashboard, but I could access old forms I had archived.

    Now everything is working again. I guess I'll reach out again if it recurs.

    Hi Jaimie,

    If your forms are not showing when you're logging in to your account, you can try to filter the Forms section in My Workspace page. Here's how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, make sure on the All menu on the left side.
    2. Click on Type on the upper-right side of the page. 
    3. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Forms.

    If the issue persists, you can take a screenshot of what's happening and share it to us so we can take a look. We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.
