Users no longer have folders instead they are having Shared with Me folder

Within our school we have many users. With a recent update, the organization features (folders) allowing our users to easily find their many forms has gone away. I as the admin, can see all our school forms neatly organized into folders, however our users no longer have that level of organization but rather a long list of forms they have editing or viewing rights too that then has to be sorted through to find the one they are looking for. We tried favorites, that only works for Admin as well, not our individual users. Is there something I'm missing?

    Hi Jennifer,

Note that with the recent update, the Shared with Me experience has changed how shared forms are displayed. Your users will now see all forms they have access to in a single list instead of the previous folder structure. Also, if necessary, you can share a Collaboration link with your teammates. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.

    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

Thank you for your quick reply. We were hoping there was a more organized way for users to view their shared forms.
