We do not know who set up our website with jotform so we do not have log in information and need to change who receives the emails. How do we get access?

Hi Christina,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
If you don't have the login information for the Jotform account used to set up your website, you will need to recover access to the account. Please visit the account recovery guide and fill out the form on that page to start the process.
Once you regain access, you can change who receives the email notifications by updating the email addresses in your form's notification settings.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards, Jotform Support
Christopher

Hi Christina,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address domain and currently, there is one Jotform account associated with it. Are you familiar with the email address r**e*t@cynthiahurley.com? If yes, you can send out a Password Reset email to the account email address. Here's how to do it:
4. Check your email for the Password Reset Instruction and click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new account password.
6. Click on Create a New Password.
We also have a guide about How to Reset Your Jotform Password that you can check out. If not, or the email address is no longer active, you can fill out the Account Recovery Form provided on this page to recover the account. Also, if this is not the account, could you provide us the link to your website where the form is embedded so that we can check the form and trace the account owner?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
