Hi,
I'm trying to have one form populate another form.
Example scenario.
Client enters in data and submits - Sales receives an email with a link to form with client information populated on it which has additional fields on it for the sales team to complete.
I have tried nearly every search I can online and I'm not sure what I'm missing.
I need help.

Hi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use a prefilled form link to pass client data from Form A to Form B. Once Form A is submitted, an Approval Flow can automatically send the prefilled Form B to your sales team for completion. Let me show you how:
- In Workflow Builder, click on the Add Element button, then drag and drop the Form Element into your workflow
- Click on the Gear icon to open the Form Properties, in the window that opens select your form in the dropdown of the Add a Form section.
- Enter the Assignee Email Address below the Add a Form section and click on the Prefill tab.
4. Toggle the Prefill Form Fields to ON position, select your first form and Match your fields accordingly.
5. Once done, click on the Save button.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.
