Hello, some of our clients are saying that they are unable to upload files when submitting a Jot form. I can upload it whenever I try to submit a form; however, multiple people at that company are saying that they are unable to.

Hi fourdeuces67,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about what your clients see when they try to upload the files so we can get a clearer idea of what’s happening? I cloned your form but was not able to replicate the issue. The File Upload field is set up correctly. The Max File Size is 10,854 KB and the File Types option already allows .pdf and .png as shown in your screenshot. I also cleared your form cache on our server, which might help fix the issue.
If there’s a chance, ask your clients which browser or device they’re using. Sometimes switching to another browser, like Chrome or Edge, helps with the issue.
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
