Notification Emails are not sent

    Hello,

    I am having an issue where I am not being sent emails of the submissions of one of my forms. The other forms are working fine, but this one has given me an error for 4 days now.

    1. Verify the Notification Email Settings: In your Form Builder, go to the Settings tab, then Emails. Check the Notification Email for that specific form to ensure the recipient email address is correct.
    2. Check Spam or Junk Folder: Sometimes emails may land in spam. Make sure to check and mark Jotform emails as not spam.
    3. Check Bounce List: Confirm your email is not on Jotform's bounce list by visiting your Account Settings.
    4. Whitelist Jotform: Add Jotform's IP addresses and domains to your email whitelist to improve deliverability.

    If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to try setting up SMTP to use your email server for sending notifications.

    I am only having the issue with ONE form, out of my other 6. I am still receiving email notifications like normal from my other forms.
