Preciso que no PDF saia apenas as informações que tiveram alguma marcação. Já fiz configuração de ocultar, mas mesmo assim continua aparecendo.

Thanks for reaching out. The reason you are still seeing fields without markings in your PDF is most likely because the Hide Empty Fields option needs to be enabled directly in the PDF Editor, not only in the form settings.

1. Go to your form’s PDF Editor.

3. Under the Customize tab, make sure the option Hide empty form fields is turned on.
4. If you still see extra fields, try creating a new PDF Document so that the updated field settings apply correctly.

This way, only the fields that have been filled or marked will appear in the PDF.

Como pode ver, não existe essa opção nesse passo a passo que você falou.

já na engrenagem aparece o campo, cujo já se encontra marcado, porém ainda assim continua aparecendo os item vazios. E eu fiz uma preenchimento do questionário, mas está saindo em branco também, detalhe, eu salvei certinho.

The Hide Empty Fields setting in Jotform PDFs only applies to input fields that can hold submission data—for example:

• Short Text/Long Text
• Dropdowns
• Single Choice/Multiple Choice
• Number
• Date
• Email/Phone
• Address
• Signature
• File Upload

These fields will be hidden in the PDF if left blank. However, static elements such as Paragraphs, Form Headers, Section Headers, Images, and Page Breaks are not data fields, so they will still appear in the PDF regardless of the “Hide Empty Fields” setting.

To better understand what’s happening on your PDF, can you tell which specific fields are still showing up even when they’re empty?

Se você tiver visualizado o arquivo já o arquivo impresso, ou seja, já é proprio screenshot. Não conseguiu identificar os campos que deveriam ficar oculto, porém visiveis?

Eu não entendi o porque você disse que fez o texte e pra você saiu normal, deu a impressão de que nem chegou a abrir o meu arquivo para visualizar o que está acontecendo. Se tiver um numero de telefone pra entrar em contato é melhor ainda, pois escrita geralmente demora para que eu consiga compreender de fato ainda mais se vir cortada.
