Unable to update payment details after cancelling credit card.

We have had to cancel our credit card and I am having trouble logging into our portal to change the details. Can you please advise how I can do this and change the details once the new card arrives.

Recover Your Jotform Account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, you can try resetting your account's password. Regarding updating your credit card, are you referring to changing your payment details? If so, it's easy to update your credit card information in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.

3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.

4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.

Your payment method is now updated. The most recent one will appear as Primary, while the previous one will be saved as a Backup Payment Method. Check the screenshot below to see how it should look:
