Unable to to load form editor

I tested the form link you provided for the form, and I was able to open the form builder, although it did take a couple of seconds to load. Take a look at the screenshot below:

I have cleared form caches to refresh the form.  I suggest doing the following to see if this will make a difference:

• Try other devices, like a laptop or desktop computer.
• Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e., Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
• Try other browsers available on your end.
• Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.
