the form keeps saying too many log in attempts, no one in the business can log in, please look into asap.

Hi Melanie,
Just to confirm, do you want to access a password-protected form? Can you tell us which of the forms you've created isn't accessible so we can check it on our end? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Can you also try clearing your form cache and check if the issue happens again? Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
