Hi I have set up my thank you page (i think) correctly
However on trying the form the download does not appear
Is there another setting affecting this?

It looks like you have set up the Download PDF action button on your thank you page, but the download option is not appearing when you test the form. Here’s how to ensure it works correctly:
- Go to the Form Builder and open the Settings tab.
- Select the Thank You Page option on the left panel.
- Click on the Action Button and make sure you have selected the Download PDF option.
- Enter the Button Name and select the correct PDF document you want users to download.
- Save the changes and test the form again.
If the download button still does not appear, check if the PDF document is properly created and linked in your form. Also, ensure there are no conflicting settings or scripts on the thank you page that might hide the button.

Hi Garvan_Rice1,
I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. The Download PDF Action button is on the Thank You Page upon form submission and I have successfully downloaded the PDF document. Check out my results in the screencast below:
