    Hi Garvan_Rice1,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It looks like you have set up the Download PDF action button on your thank you page, but the download option is not appearing when you test the form. Here’s how to ensure it works correctly:

    1. Go to the Form Builder and open the Settings tab.
    2. Select the Thank You Page option on the left panel.
    3. Click on the Action Button and make sure you have selected the Download PDF option.
    4. Enter the Button Name and select the correct PDF document you want users to download.
    5. Save the changes and test the form again.

If the download button still does not appear, check if the PDF document is properly created and linked in your form. Also, ensure there are no conflicting settings or scripts on the thank you page that might hide the button.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Garvan_Rice1,

I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. The Download PDF Action button is on the Thank You Page upon form submission and I have successfully downloaded the PDF document. Check out my results in the screencast below:

Download PDF button on Thank You Page missing Image 1 Screenshot 20 Ensure the PDF document is properly created and linked in your form. I have Cleared your Form Cache on my end to refresh your forms and as a precaution. You can also clear the browser's cache and cookies. Can you give it another try and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can we do a test submission to your live form to see if we can replicate the issue on our end?

Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.
