Send Form to Multiple Users with Custom Email and Hidden Addresses

Hi there,

I wanting to send a form to over 500 users. It needs to be sent via email as I need to verify they are the ones that have completed it. From my understanding I have two options:

1. I can send via quick links and can upload a list of all the recipients. Their email addresses will be hidden from each other, but the form will be a generic template from JotForm and I wouldnt be able to customize the sender.
2. I send via email share, I will be able to customize the email address but the recipients will be able to see each others email addresses and I can only send to 10 people at a time?

In my ideal world, I would like to do a bulk upload, custom email and hidden email addresses due to Protection of Personal Information Act.

Hi Amanda,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, the two features you are looking for are on a separate feature. While the Share on Email option is customizable, it is not possible to hide the other recipients' email addresses. As a workaround, you can simply copy the form link and use your own email service to send out the emails, which will allow you to customize the sender and keep recipients' email addresses hidden. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. You’ll immediately see the link. Click on Copy link to copy it. Then you can share it to your users using your email.
