    Here is a screenshot of the error message I get when trying to forward a submission.

    It is not fixed. AI is not as good

    Hi John,

    The error you’re seeing Failed to load plugin: charmap comes from the text editor in the Forward Submission window. It’s related to a missing plugin that Jotform uses for inserting special characters, but it does not affect your ability to forward the submission itself. You can still proceed with forwarding the submission normally, even if that error appears. If you’d like to clear it up, try these steps:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
    2. Try accessing your account in another browser, like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. to see if the issue persists.
    3. Ensure that no browser extensions or ad blockers are preventing resources from loading from cdn.jotfor.ms.
