Dear Support,
I would like to know does "turn off all email Jotform emails" will turn off the email notification in Workflow as well?
I just wanted to receive email notification which trigger in the Workflow and blocked all the rest like promotion and etc, kindly advise correct setting, thanks!

Turning on "Turn off all Jotform emails" will stop all emails from Jotform, including email notifications in your Workflow. To receive only Workflow-triggered email notifications and block other emails like promotions, you should not select "Turn off all Jotform emails." Instead, manage your email preferences by unsubscribing from specific categories such as newsletters, promotions, and educational emails while keeping Workflow notifications enabled.

Hi Titan,
The options found in your account's settings, and in your screenshot, doesn't affect the email notifications found in your form or its workflow. Using the Turn off all Jotform emails option will simply disable all the four options before it. You'll still be able to receive emails from your forms and its workflows.
