Does JotForm have the ability to create an electronic ballot that prevents people form submitting a form twice?

Hi ASTA_Social_Media,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
Yes, Jotform allows you to create an electronic ballot that prevents multiple submissions from the same person. You can set up Unique Submission limits by checking cookies and/or IP addresses to restrict users from submitting the form twice. Additionally, you can use the Unique Field feature to limit submissions based on specific fields like email addresses.
These settings can be found under the Settings tab in the Form Builder, where you can enable and customize these restrictions to suit your ballot needs.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi ASTA_Social_Media,
To prevent the same user to fill in the form again, I suggest enabling the Unique Question feature. This way, if a user enters the same email address, the form won't be submitted. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar on top of the page.
- Under Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
- Scroll down a bit to see the Unique Question option and select the Email field on the dropdown.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
