I have a form with a Product List that has been linked to Square. Somebody put in their submission, but it had a mistake. If I turned on editing to let them correct it, what's going to happen when it comes to charging them? Is it smart enough to know how much was already charged and just charge them the difference, or are they going to get charged the full amount after an edit?

Hi Camp,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
When you enable editing for a submission linked to Square via the Product List, the system does not automatically calculate the difference and charge only that amount. Instead, if the user edits their submission and resubmits, Square will charge the full updated amount again.
This means the customer might be charged the entire new total, not just the difference from the original payment.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi realcampcardboard,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the Product List part of the submission. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
