Unfortunately I've now received a notice that I've reached the attempt limit when I tried to sign up again to take a screenshot to attach here.

I checked on our end, and it looks like your email michelle@247capitaladvisors.comis currently tied to a guest account. Guest accounts are created automatically when someone submits a form without signing up first, and they don’t allow login access. That’s why you’re seeing the invalid email error when trying to register. To fix this, you’ll need to sign up for a full Jotform account. You can follow these steps:
Enter your name, create a password, and use your email michelle@247capitaladvisors.com again.
If you're still unable to sign up, you can try these alternative methods:
Use a different browser, either a private window or incognito mode.
Use a different device.
Use a different network/internet connection.

Hi Kenneth: I tried all these methods. I went again to your sign up page and got the error "You've reached attempt limit" still. I mentioned this in my prior email. I tried from a different browser. I tried from my phone using a different network.
Can you please delete my guest account? I'd like to sign up for an account so this is really frustrating that I cannot.

Since you’re still seeing the “attempt limit” error after all troubleshooting, we’ll need to escalate this to our higher support team for review.
In the meantime, you can try the following;
Signing up with a different email address
Signing up with a social login (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to create your account.
