I'm unable to change the email address on my account from

- Log in to your Jotform account.

Hi adminjfcg,
To change your email account, it's easy to set up. Let's walk through this together:
1. On your My Workspace page, click your Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings to open your Account Page in a new tab.
3. On the left of the page, click on Account to update general information.
4. Hover down and click Edit next to your current email address.
5. Enter your new email address and click Save.
6. If Require Verification to Change Email is enabled in your Privacy Settings, you’ll first receive an authentication code at your current email. Type this code that is sent to your email to proceed. And click on Verify below the code to continue.
After that, Jotform will send a verification email to your new email address. Click Verify Now in that email to confirm the change. Once verified, you’ll see a confirmation message, and a separate email will also be sent to your old address notifying you that the account email has been updated.
