Email address on bounce list: problem cannot be solved

    Hello,

    Recently, our company changed, without notice, our email address, the one linked to this Jotform account. That email no longer exists. Unfortunately, we couldn´t change the official email address here in jotform on time, and now we are not able to receive the notification emails. We tried to change/update the email address today, but it seems the procedure includes Jotform sending a key number to the email that no longer exists. What can we do? Appreciate your advice or guidance about this matter.

    The email address dda-vra@uc.cl was on the bounce list. I've removed it now. Let me share the reason below:

    Reason(s) : AWS-Transient-General smtp;550 5.7.133 RESOLVER.RST.SenderNotAuthenticatedForGroup; authentication required; Delivery restriction check failed because the sender was not authenticated when sending to this group

    To change the email address of your Jotform account, you can fill out and submit the form available on this page. Once you submit that form, our team will assess and get back to you with the results. Once your account's email address is changed, then you can update your Notification email's recipient's email address.
