Our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, if you are having issues with your Enterprise account, we have a dedicated Enterprise Support Team to help you. We have a guide that explains how to create a ticket for Enterprise Support here. Just create a ticket there, and someone from the Enterprise Support Team will get in touch with you shortly. 

    In case you are inquiring about the Enterprise Sales Team and you have already filled out the Enterprise Sales Form, just let us know so we can forward your request to the Enterprise support team.
