Hello,
I am creating an app in the App Builder and I can't find the 'Inject Custom CSS' option in the App Designer. I also don't have the 'HTML' element available to add code.
Are these features disabled on my plan or in the template I'm using? My goal is to change the font size of the testimonials.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Martín,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question about the App Builder, the 'Inject Custom CSS' option and 'HTML' element are not available features in the App Designer of Jotform App Builder. These features are typically available in the Form Builder but not in the App Builder, so they are not disabled by your plan or template.
To change the font size of testimonials in your app, you might need to adjust the app layout or use available styling options within the App Designer, but direct CSS injection or adding HTML elements is not supported.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Martín,
As Podo, our AI assistant said, injecting custom CSS codes in Jotform Apps is unsupported. This feature is only available in Classic form layouts. You can customize the fonts in the App Builder, but this won't apply to the fonts in the Testimonial element. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll return to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

I have created an app for my Clash of Clans website:
There are so many limitation on the app. The jotform.com has give us option to share app through a link, my app is: https://www.jotform.com/app/252543109383456
But I want to make changes in the css and some tags of the code.
+ Also Is there any way to upload custom fonts?
martinmaldonado32, Have you find any way to upload any custom font?
Please take a look at my app. Its just a sample, I want to make a professional one but before struggling hard, I want to ask this thing. If jotform.com add some more basic options, this plateform will be the number one because it is so easy to create web-app.

Hi Martín,
Your request to be able to inject custom CSS code has been escalated as a feature request. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll return to this thread and let you know.
I separated your other question into a new thread so we can focus on it properly. You can view and follow it here.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any more questions.

At the moment, the Apps format is nice, but it's so lacking in functionality that it makes it almost unusable. The default text for the Testimonials block, for example, doesn't match the rest of the app, which makes it look odd, as well as puts sometimes longer paragraphs in a smaller serif font which is proven to be harder to read. That reduces the efficacy of even having testimonials visible to begin with.
Not being able to have custom CSS of any kind, or even hidden fields to capture something like UTM sources, or add integrations to track who uses the app, reduces its use cases significantly. I hope to see some big updates soon. -

**Best solution:** Use the widget’s *Custom CSS* option to change fonts, or switch to the Form Designer where you can apply global font styles. If advanced styling is needed, embed the form on your site and control fonts with your own CSS.

Hi hariiee1277,
I saw that you've provided a solution to customize apps on the Jotform forms. Take note that it isn't applicable for Jotform apps, as it has a different interface. My colleague has already escalated this to our developers team. Rest assured, we’re on it. I’ll update you as soon as I have news.

I ran into the same issue trying to customize fonts in Jotform’s app builder. The styling options are pretty limited, and CSS injections don’t always carry over properly in the mobile app. I ended up sticking with the default fonts for consistency. Hopefully Jotform expands customization soon, since branding feels incomplete without matching typography across all elements.
