I've been using Jotform to help employees navigate to certain internal forms and documentation.
Problem is, I am leaving the company in two weeks. I would like to pass the torch on to someone else to own these forms within my current company. Problem is I started using Jotform on my google login.
Is there a way to pass my jotform account on to someone else? To change my login username and password etc. to pass on to someone else?
Please let me know. Thank you -

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question, Jotform does not allow changing the login email or transferring account ownership directly. However, you can transfer individual forms to another Jotform user within your company by using the form transfer feature.
Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your Jotform account.
- Go to My Forms and select the form you want to transfer.
- Click on More Options (three dots) next to the form.
- Choose Transfer Ownership and enter the email address of the new owner.
- Confirm the transfer request via email.
This way, the new owner will have full control over the forms, even if your account remains under your Google login.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Jeff,
You can change your email address directly in your Account Settings, and if Require verification to change email is disabled in your Privacy Settings, you won't need a verification code. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on your avatar/profile picture located in the top right corner of your page.
- In the dropdown, click on Settings. You will then be redirected to the Settings page.
- On your Settings page, go to the Account tab on your left-hand menu.
- Go to the Email section and click on Edit.
- You can then enter your email address in the New e-mail field. Once done, click on Save.
If the Require verification to change email is disabled, a verification message will be sent immediately to your new email address. Check out the screenshot below:
Once you verify the new email, a confirmation message will be sent to your old email, notifying you of the update. You can also check out this guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
