To restore your Jotform's original workflow, you'll need to restore a previous version of the form. You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to. 
3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.

I did that, but it doesn't restore the workflow to the date of 12/10/24 that I requested.

My workflow is still showing ''last edited on Aug 19'

I understand that you want to restore the original workflow back from the date 12/10/24. Unfortunately, if the revision history doesn't restore the workflow, it means that it cannot be restored anymore. In this case, you'll have to recreate the workflow again. We don't have a revision history in the workflow, so you'll have to redo the workflow manually.
