Hi Matt,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned your form, the same thing happened for me. After checking your Form Calculation widget, I noticed that you only added five fields in the calculation. Check out the screenshot below:
To fix the issue, you need to add the fields to the calculation, like you see in the screenshot below:Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Is there a way to recalculate the current submitted results to avoid having to have people retake it ?

Hi Matt,
Yes, you can recalculate it by accessing the Edit Form link for each submission and then resubmitting it. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select the Form Calculation Widget and click on the Wand icon.
- Now, in the window that appears on the right side, add the + symbol after every question except the last one to ensure that all questions are calculated correctly.
- Once done, click on Save.
Next, let's edit the submissions to recalculate their scores:
- On your My Forms page, select your form by ticking the checkbox beside it.
- After selecting the form, click on the Submissions button at the upper part of your page. You will then be redirected to the Jotform Table page.
- In the Jotform table, select an entry by ticking the checkbox on the left side of the page.
- After selecting the entry, click on the Three Dots icon at the upper-right side of the page.
- In the dropdown, select Edit Entry, and edit the form in the window that appears.
- Once done, click on Submit to recalculate the result.
That's it. You can repeat the steps for other entries that need score recalculations. You can also check out this guide on How to Edit Submissions in Jotform Tables.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
