    My forms and submissions have disappeared from my account. I have been using Jotform for approx 7 years. This has never happened before. I need help urgently! Please

    Your forms and submissions might be in the Trash folder if they were accidentally deleted. Here’s how to check and restore them:

    1. Go to My Forms page and look for the Trash folder on the lower-left side.
    2. Check the Trash folder for any deleted forms or submissions.
    3. Select the forms or submissions you want to restore and click Restore.

    Forms and submissions stay in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.

    Hi Josh,

    When I checked the email address josh@labourline.com.au, I can see that it is associated with a Guest account. A Jotform guest account is what you get when you create or fill out a form without signing up or logging in. It’s a temporary session that allows limited access.

    If this is not the account you're referring to, can you share the email address or Form URL, associated with the account you're trying to access, so we can help you with this.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
