Hello, my question is about this form: https://form.jotform.com/252304475946058

Even though I set the language to Spanish in the settings, some texts still appear in English. How do I make everything appear in Spanish?

    2) Once the user chooses their date and time, how can I enable them to add that information to their own calendar?

    Thanks!

    Hi roloxls,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your appointment form, setting the language to Spanish in the settings should translate most of the form's interface. However, some texts might still appear in English if they are part of widgets or custom content that require manual translation.

To ensure everything appears in Spanish, you may need to check and translate any widget settings or custom labels manually.

For adding the appointment date and time to the user's calendar, you can enable the calendar integration or provide an option for users to add the event to their calendar after submission. This usually involves using the Appointment field's built-in features or adding a calendar link in the autoresponder email.

One of our Support Team members has now taken over this thread and will assist you further.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi roloxls,

Currently, the Main Form Language doesn't support manual translation of the fields, including the Appointment field. As a workaround, you can add it as a secondary language so you can translate the text. It's easy to translate an existing form into another language. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click on the Show More Options button, scroll down to the Form Languages section, and click on the Edit button.

    3. In the Form Language option, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select your form's main language.

    4. Once you select it, you'll see the Translations section. Click on the Add Language button, and select the language to be translated to show users.

    5. Click on the Add button under the dropdown menu, and translate the fields that haven't been automatically translated into the target language.

    6. Then, click on the Form Warnings tab to see/edit any untranslated fields. And here you can edit the translated fields too. It'll be automatically saved when you add or edit any text.

    1) Thank you, I was able to translate my form with your help.

Can you suggest me css code to hide the language selector for users?

    2) Once the user chooses their date and time, how can I enable them to add that information to their own calendar?

    Thanks!
