Hi Amy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Your form submissions appear in a single skinny column because the table view might be set to show all data in one column instead of multiple pages or columns as in your form layout.
Let me help you with that:
- Check if columns are hidden in your Jotform Tables. Sometimes all columns might be hidden, making the data appear in one column.
- Reset columns to default in Jotform Tables to restore the original layout matching your form pages and fields.
- Adjust form columns in the Form Builder by shrinking fields and enabling multi-column layout if you want to display multiple columns in your form.
These steps should help your saved data display more like your form layout. If you need detailed instructions on any step, please let me know.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Amy,
I checked your form and noticed that you added images instead of text. Because of that, the PDF Editor is also showing the images as they are. To fix this, you’ll need to resize and drag each image so it fits properly on the page. It’s easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page.
2. Select PDF Editor to open it.
3. In PDF Editor, click on an image to select it.
4. Drag the corners of the image to resize it so it fits within the page.
5. Repeat the same for the other images until everything looks correct on the PDF.
Give it a try and let us know if you need help.

Hi Amy,
Upon checking, there's no known update about this on our backend. Unfortunately, the workaround suggested by my colleague is currently the only available option that best suits your needs at the moment. As an alternative, you may also consider splitting the print output across two pages. This way, the form remains more visible and readable, without reducing the scale too much.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Amy,
Based on your screenshots, the PDF document that has a narrow column of text is the Signed Document, you received together with its Audit Trail. The other one you're referring to is the PDF document, or the PDF copy of the submissions, which comes from the form's PDF Editor page. Check out the screencast below:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
