    Agora tenho a certeza que é com o meu perfil, porque eu entrei no mesmo navegador, no mesmo computador em um login diferente e acessei, quero saber o problema persiste no login do criador do formulário?

    Now, coming back to your question, since you have already tried verifying your permissions, logging into the correct account, clearing your browser cache, using different browsers, and the error still persists only for you. Here are a few additional steps to try.:

    1. Access the table from a different device or network: This can help determine if the issue is device or network-specific.
    2. Ensure your browser is fully updated: Outdated versions can sometimes cause access problems.
    3. Try logging out and back into your Jotform account: This can refresh your session and permissions.

    In line with this, I tried to access the Jotform table from one of my forms, and it is working the way it is supposed to be. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    I have cleared form caches to refresh the form. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.

    Hi UsimigMan,

    Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

    6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
