Account suspended

Hey there!

A few days ago a member of my team let us know our Jotform account has been suspended. We have no clue as to why or how it came to be suspended. Jotform is a crucial part of our process at Orangetheory and without it, we are struggling a bit. If you are able to give me some more insight as to why is was suspended please let me know.
