I can't get the email for resetting my password. Can you please help me?

Hi Susanne,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the email logs of smueller@jmu.de, and I can see that change password email is sent to smueller@jmu.de from noreply@jotform.com on 19th Aug 2025. Can you try to log in to your account with the new password, and see how it goes?
If you still can't log in to your account, you can try resetting the password again. You can check your email inbox for the password reset instructions. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information. I have also flushed the login attempts of your account. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
