Ability to show all the products at once in the Shared with me folder instead of a specific one

Some of my users are missing the My Workspace Menu at the top of the page.

How can I add this back to the page.

Some users may be missing the My Workspace menu due to cache or account settings. Here’s how to restore it:

1. Clear form caches: Go to your profile picture at the top-right, select Settings, then under Form Caches click Clear Cache.
2. Check user permissions: Ensure users have the correct access rights to see the Workspace menu.
3. Reload the page: After clearing cache and verifying permissions, have users refresh their browser.

This should bring back the My Workspace menu at the top of the page.

Hi Jeffrey,

Our developers have made some upgrades, and now it is possible to access the different assets of Jotform from the same page. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In My Workspace, from the column on the left of the page, click on the All tab.
2. Then at the top right of the page, click on the Type button, and in the dropdown, select the Assets you want to see.

This does not seem to work for me.

We have a table that is shared across the company. It's called Graphic Order Submission.

If in my workspace, and i click "type" everything is checked.

I click "all" under my workspace, nothing shows up. Same if i click "shared with me" or "assigned to me"

The only way to get to the table i need is to click "Table template" at the top menu then click "Jotform" on the upper left side and that brings me to Shared with me Tables.

You can find the Shared Table in your Shared with me folder. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Workspace page, and click on the Shared With Me folder on the left side menu.
2. Then, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper left side of the panel and select the Tables option.

It would be great if the "Shared with me" could show All Forms, Tables, Boards that are Shared, and if you want to filter you can do that also.

Currently, it's not possible to view all the shared products at the same time. It's only possible to select a specific product in the dropdown menu in the Shared with me folder. While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
