Workflow: First Approver is not getting an email

    Referring to the workflow below, as you can see i add email elements after the first approver approve the request. however when i do the testing, it didnt flow to the first approver. please clarify which part that i wrongly do?

    Hi amliontoothpaste,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you provide the submission ID of the test submission so we can take a closer look at the issue? You can locate the submission ID in just a few steps:

    1. In your My Workspace page, hover over the form you want to select.

    2. In this order, click on More on the right and Submissions on the panel that opened.

    3. Click on Columns & AI on the top right of the table.

    4. Scroll down and check the Submission ID box.

    Hi,
    The submission ID is 6313976311617715071. i just did another checking, the
    approval request is flow to the approver. but the approver did not receive
    any email notification. Please assist me to fix this issue.

    Hi Qamarina,

    The email address of the first approver is it_admin@amlion.com.my, I confirm that the email address isn't in the bounce list. I also checked our system and found that emails are successfully sent to it_admin@amlion.com.my. Can you request them to their Spam or Junk folder? You can also easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

    Thanks for your reply. Now approver manage to receive email notification
    for every approval request that flow in to their request.
