My forms have all disappeared in my account. It says I have none. I'm desperate. In the trash it says, "deleted assets will be permanently deleted in 30 days" How do I get these back?

Hi Thomas,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Your deleted forms are kept in the Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can restore them by following these steps:
- Go to My Workspace page and click the Trash tab at the bottom-left.
- Filter by Forms by clicking on Type and unchecking other asset types.
- Select the forms you want to restore and click Restore.
This will move the forms back to your main Workspace. Please note that once permanently deleted, forms cannot be recovered.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that there are forms active. I suggest checking on The All Assets section on the Workspace page. I would also suggest making sure that your assets are selected to show. Let me show you how:
- On the Workspace page, click on the All on the left side panel.
- Next, click on the Type selector button on the center of the page, and check the asset types.
You may also check other folders such as the Archive, and Team workspace on the left side panel. If you're unable to find any forms, we can take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
