We recently noticed a charge of $10 on our account labeled as being related to an "AI phone number." Could you please provide clarification on what this charge is for and why it was applied to our account?

If this is a feature we inadvertently subscribed to, we would appreciate details on how to disable or manage it to avoid further charges.

Also, if you have an AI Phone Agent and purchased a dedicated phone number, note that the monthly subscription for that starts for $10.00. Can you provide the email address linked to your account so that we can check it on our end?
