Hi UsimigMan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When setting up an Approval flow, the Flow Status column automatically reflects on the Tables page. You can then download the submission data that reflects the Flow Status column on your Excel file. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button.
3. Now, select Download as Excel.
As for filtering the data before downloading it, in Jotform Tables, you can use different filters to find specific submissions based on the date, answer selection, and unique information. First, let's look at filtering submissions using the Date filter:
1. On your Jotform Tables page, next to the Search bar, click on Filter.
2. In the window that opens, click on All Time and choose the dates manually or click on predefined filters, like Today, Last 3 Days, or Previous week.
3. Now, click anywhere outside of the Date Filter window to close it, then click on Apply Filter.
You can also filter your submissions based on keywords you enter. Let me show you how to do that:
1. While in Jotform Tables, click on Filter and in the Advanced Filters section, click on Choose a Field, then select a field to filter.
2. In the second dropdown, select the Includes option to find the exact keywords you enter, or select Equal or Not Equal to use the filter.
3. Enter your keyword in the Text box and click on Apply Filter.
You can also apply a filter to the Single Choice fields to show submissions based on the selected option:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
