I have already tried switching browsers, devices, etc. I have remade the form 3 times, but every time I click on "invite," i get this error. Please advise.

Hi Julie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems you are encountering an error when clicking on "invite" to sign your form, despite trying different browsers, devices, and remaking the form. This error message usually indicates a temporary issue or a problem with the form's configuration.
Let me help you with that:
- Clear your form cache: Sometimes old cache data can cause errors. You can clear your form's cache in your account settings.
- Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable connection to avoid server disconnections.
- Verify form status: Make sure your form is enabled and not disabled or deleted.
If the issue persists, it might be best to wait a bit and try again later as it could be a temporary server issue.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Julie,
I created a sample Sign Document and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
I also cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache-related issues. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, we can take a closer look for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
