Hello,
In my form analytics, there's an entire day (8/9/2025) of view data that does not show up. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot that?

Hi Braden,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the missing day's worth of data (8/9/2025) in your form analytics, there isn't a direct troubleshooting step mentioned for this specific issue in the knowledge base. However, form analytics data can sometimes be affected by tracking delays or data processing issues.
If you want to ensure comprehensive tracking, consider integrating Google Analytics 4 with your form using the source code method, which provides more detailed tracking capabilities.
To access form analytics, you can go to My Workspace, select your form, click More, and then Form Analytics to review the data.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Braden,
Regarding the missing analytics data for August 9, 2025, it’s important to note that Jotform’s form analytics can sometimes experience temporary delays or processing issues. This can occasionally result in a specific day’s data not appearing right away, even though the form itself is functioning as expected. In most cases, the missing information will populate once the system finishes processing.
To troubleshoot this, we recommend a few steps. First, try refreshing the analytics page after some time has passed to check if the data has updated. Next, clear your browser’s cache and cookies to ensure that you are viewing the most recent version of the analytics report. You should also verify your form’s integration settings to confirm that tracking is properly enabled and active.
For a more detailed and reliable approach to tracking, you may also consider integrating Google Analytics 4 with your form. Using the source code method allows you to collect advanced metrics beyond what Jotform’s built-in analytics provide, giving you deeper insights into user behavior and performance trends.
Give it a go and let us know if anything else comes up.
