Hi,
I have created a few forms with my logo and have never had an issue, but I cannot add it to the new form I created based on a Jotform template. I have cleared the cache & such from my Chrome browser but no help.
In addition, this is an evaluation form, and I can barely see the stars before filling it out. I've read about customizing, but I can't find a way to enhance the border to make them stand out. I don't think changing the size will help, but maybe?
Please assist.

Hi Angela,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to replicate the issue when I tested the form. It seems that there's an issue cached in the current form template you're using, which prevents you from adding the logo. After investigating a bit, I found a solution. You can switch the theme to a different theme, and switch it back again to refresh the current form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Paint Roller icon on the right.
- Go to Themes, then select a different theme, and then switch it back to default again.
- Lastly, upload your logo, and then adjust the Colors of the form back to the previous colors.
Keep in mind that if you want the same color, you'll have to take notes of the color codes, so you can add them back again. As for your other question, I moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check our reply to that here.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
