How to track form approvals?

I have a completion form that asks much more information about the receiver and also includes an approval and signature about another party. How can I track completions/approvals?

I am developing a workflow and wonder if this needs to be a conditional box.

You can easily track approvals for each submission by opening the inbox of the form. Jotform Workflows lets you set up approval flows for your form. Once submissions come in, you can approve or deny them through Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo.
2. In the Dropdown menu, select Jotform Inbox.
3. In Jotform Inbox, scroll down and click on the Approve or Deny button.
