Good Morning Jotform Team,
I hope you are having a good week.
I am reaching out to ask about how I can continue to use my free account once I have reached my data limit. I have cleared all my data and permanently my data from the Trash. However it still says I am above my data limit.
This Jotform survey is for a non-profit program and I have distributed QR codes for people to upload their responses to the survey so we can collect data on problem areas with drainage. This survey is the only survey we are using Jotform for as well. We also have a very limited budget that does not have funds to cover yearly costs for surveys.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to clear and continue using my account or if I need to create a new survey with another provider.
Thank you,
-

Hi Bayou_Preservation,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and refreshed your account usage, and your Upload Space is now showing 0.00 B since you deleted all submissions from your forms. The Overlimit status on your account has also been lifted.
You did the right thing by purging your submissions with uploaded files to free up space. There was just a temporary delay in reflecting the changes on your account, but if this happens again, we can refresh it for you. We also have a guide here that you can check to learn more about Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and Limits.
That’s it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
