Note that Jotform sessions are designed to automatically expire after approximately two hours of inactivity for security purposes. When this happens, users will need to log back in, but rest assured, all form data and actions are saved in real time, so no progress should be lost.
Another possible cause could be multiple simultaneous logins from different devices or IP addresses. Jotform accounts support only one active session at a time, so logging in from another location may end the current session unexpectedly. As a workaround, you can use our Collaboration feature instead. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:
On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.
