I am experiencing some issues while on the jot forms website. When I am able to login, the site keeps me logged in for a few minutes, then will automatically log me off. After 3-4 times of having to repeatedly sign in to keep working, I get a new page saying "login requested too many times". It will not let me log back in for an extended period of time once I see this message.
This has been happening since last Thursday and has not been corrected.

Hi Breanna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with being logged out repeatedly and seeing the "login requested too many times" message, this is related to session security. Unfortunately, Jotform sessions expire for security reasons, and you will need to log back in after a certain period. However, the message you are seeing indicates multiple rapid login attempts, which temporarily blocks further login attempts.
Let me help you with that:
Clear your browser cache and cookies to remove any corrupted session data.
Try logging in again after waiting for some time to allow the temporary block to lift.
Ensure you are not repeatedly refreshing or submitting login requests too quickly.
If the issue persists beyond this, it may help to reset your password or check your network connection for stability.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards, Jotform Support
